So, is Jermall Charlo moving to 160 or not?

In the upcoming showdown between Tony Harrison and Jerret Hurd, they are fighting a IBF eliminator for the mandatory shot to face Jermall Charlo. And the press release mentions the fight is for a shot at Charlo's IBF title

If he was moving up, it would say for a vacant title. So, maybe he's not goin up just yet.

haymon is very careful with the timing of eliminators, guys moving up, etc to maximize the chances of keeping the belts in house.
