Damn shame. Everything good from a new television deal, to making good fights, to signing new fighters has all been tainted.

Oscar has a major card this weekend to attend. I'm assuming that's out the door.

It's basically Oscar's company now. After Haymon stole all their fighters, the two biggest shareholders (AIG and Brener) bailed out in 2014. Oscar had to buy them out. Their stake had been worth about 32% of the company.

Hopkin's only has a 5% stake. A 5% stake of a badly struggling company is not especially motivating for anyone.

Golden Boy is a wreck. Literally their only income comes from Canelo, which knowing that now only backs up what most of us have figured for a while - Golden Boy won't have Canelo fight Golovkin or any other big threat when he's the only thing keeping them afloat, thus weakass money fights in Khan & Chavez.
