I would hate to see innocent people hurt/dead because of a f-ucking alcoholic/coke head refused to take control of his life.

Drug parties are unavoidable when you're rich and famous (See Duran). I bet you've done things you're ashamed of, but don't have the publicity so you have that luxury and can wag your finger at Oscar. Leave the guy alone, you don't even know all the details.

All of these hypocrites in this thread. Same people who hate on people who drive after drinking, are the same ones who use their phones while driving, or drive while they're exhausted.
I've driven drunk many times, and it was ******. And I'm fortunate that all I ever got was a DUI on a "no refusal weekend" here in Texas where they have random checkpoints.
I'm glad I got caught a decade ago, BUT this country has a "justice" system that throws people in jail for not harming anyone, 2 years of probation, $20,000 in lawyers, court costs, MADD, driver license surcharge fees, etc...PLUS it's on your record permanently.
This would be understandable IF people who were caught using their phones while driving or people caught driving exhausted were put through the same punishment.
I know I won't hear any sympathy here, but some of you need to practice turning to wonder rather than judgment when it comes to DUI
I'd rather be on the road with a 40 year old who has had three margaritas after work than a 40 year old texting & driving
That said, Oscar does need help

Atleast he didn't snort coke and dress like a woman again. This guy heads a promotional company and does this kinda stuff. What a joke.
