Nobody would have any clue who he is. There's been a literal ocean of random eastern Euro heavyweights with 1 or 2 good wins. He would be an utter complete nobody.

You really think so? I mean with all of those KO's in a row? Surely he'd be pitted against Klitchsko or dare I say...drumroll, pitted against Pedvetkin and he'd probably would be on the juice too so who knows with this Wilderzyki guy, he would surely garner enough attention to get a shot in the states and if he beat Stiverne by KO could you imagine the praise and hoopla?

When you take race out of it, it's very simple. Wilder has fought one real opponent in Stiverne- a champ who never even made one defense. He's been fed one chump after another since he won the belt. Now, he was willing and able to face Povetkin, which is commendable. No doubt about it. However, his coordination and lack of skills are the issue- not race. He looks ready to fall and if not for his power, he already would have against B level guys. Anthony Joshua, of a similar "hue", looks like a solid pro- solid fundamentals and I can see a future for him. A good question would be how many worshippers Wlad would have on here if he were a black American. It would never end. And believe me, Americans of all hues would be bowing down. The haters will hate based on anything, but Wilder is very flawed, no matter his "hue." When he gets cranked against his first real opponent, then this farce will be over.

The K bros were bona fide top HWs and yet they were constantly disparaged, imagine what the haters would do to a fraud like Wilder.

Max Kellerman and Teddy Atlas would bash him every time his name came up.

Man, truer words were never spoken. The Klitschkos did everything asked of them and often got knockouts. Some people will hate any pale face that comes on the scene, just like many pale faces hate any black face that comes up. Racism happens on all fronts in all forms, which is their right, but they're clearly blinded by it and end up paying when the bells rings. All that race crap goes right out the window when you start getting hit.
