The best example to date would be Cleverly VS Bellew II on PPV, and a close second would be Haye VS Bellew (even bigger mismatch). Even the Joshua fights are offered with the incentive of a high quality undercard because the main events are often so one-sided.
Eubank at 100/1 is a joke, they may as well just hand him the belt without the boxing bit. Eubank is trading off the Eubank name - expecting it to sell a PPV without any real quality of opposition or precedent.
Both guys (Eubank and Hearn) have their own agenda, but I honestly believe Hearn cares a little more about the overall quality of the event and his brands integrity. Eubank would sell his own son for £££ - which, in effect is what he is doing anyway.
