With Brook Avoiding Khan and Spence - Who Should His Next Opponent Be?

If Khan fought the same opponents as Brook he'd probably have the same record as him. Just because Brook has a belt at this moment in time, doesn't change the fact that Brook has fought easy opponents for the vast majority of his career and doesn't have the same star power as Khan does. Brook's career earnings speak for his actual value as a fighter. A fight with Khan at a 70/30 split would almost double Brook's bank account in just one fight. That is a very generous offer if you look at their actual value as global business commodities.

Some people don't really understand how the boxing market works, just because you are a champion or undefeated doesn't mean you have rights to a better split. I also think the 70/30 split is generous, I thought Khan would offer 85/15 split. How about take the fight at 65/35 KO Khan and go on and build your name in another fight or a rematch, I don't get all these boxers like "I want the fight" then they get offered the fight and they reject it because of money, Brook resume is thin and for that reason he needs to build it up starting with Khan or spence.

Shoot, put him in against Salka if that is the level of fighter he wants to face. Telling you, after GGG whoops up on you, your career is over....it's happened time and time again. Boxers are never the same after that beating and Brook is further proof of this.

Khan wants brook to face spence. If brook don't want spence he should consider the 30% on offer.
Brook will be being unpaid but that's life sometimes. Unless brook knows something we don't and that it will be brooks last big payday.
