So Zeuge's mandatory is a guy who hasn't beaten anyone and is ranked #112th at the weight by boxrec? And why is the mandatory the WBA's #3, no matter how undeserving the WBA ranking? Isn't a mandatory usually the #1 ranked guy (Groves) or #2 ranked guy (Chudinov)?
