u guys can say wat u want but jeff is a legitimate threat if giving the right time...the welter weight division is nearly stacked like never before...

it is very possible the likes of bradley porter and more could go beltless for the rest of their careers if they stay in the division..
which means jeff may not win a title ever, but his caliber is ANY GIVEN NIGHT capable of causing a mean upset or good fight..

go look at his qualities he's experienced, skilled, and rugged...strong fighter
