Out of all the fighters Haymon bought out from Golden Boy, Khan and Garcia were the only two who made money. That was in the court case records. Mayweather could've made more money fighting Khan than Maidana II and Berto. I think it was personal between Mayweather and Khan. I think Mayweather didn't like Khan and was never gonna give him the pleasure of fighting him on that stage. I think the same thing with Khan and Brook. Khan doesn't like Brook and will never give him the pleasure of fighting him. Khan said he wouldn't fight Kell because he isn't a champion. Kell got the belt and Khan came up with more excuses. During his lead up to the Canelo fight he said Kell isn't fighting big fights so he doesn't deserve to fight him. Kell fought GGG. Now Khan is saying Brook must fight his mandatory to get the fight. It's excuse after excuse and they keep chasing him and he has absolutely no intention of fighting Kell. Kell even said during negotiations Khan wanted to walk out last. Kell is the champ and Khan is just being petty.I don't really think it's the same scenario at all. Khan isn't mayweather and mayweather had no reason to fight Khan. he was the champ, he was making all the money and 100mil+ no matter who he fought + he had better options than Khan.
Khan has no options really. He just doesn't want it. Khan never gave Mayweather a legit reason to fight him.Comment

Brook is not a name to the casual fans. Nobody knows who the hell Brook is where as Amir Khan is a household name in the UK and is known in the states as well. Khan is the draw in the fight and deserves 70-30 in the split. Khan is the A side whether you like it or not, the people are watching because it's Khan. People want to see him win, lose, get knocked the **** out. Brook has increased his profile slightly with the GGG fight but he threw the towel in where as Khan got sparked clean out by canelo. The bottom line in this whole thing is Brook and Hearn have openly declined the fight when Khan is willing to accept on a 70-30 split which even most Khan haters would have to say is fair.Comment

That's what Khan said. And I think people talked about 5 million dollars, not £. I also heard 4.
And that (what Khan says) could have been his guarantee, plus ppv.Comment

You know what I just thought of...didn't the WBC order Bradley vs Spence for a shot at the WBC belt a few months ago?
Is that why Khan is so interested in Brook taking care of Spence so Khan wouldn't then have to maybe fight Spence in another WBC eliminator?Comment
