    How do I get somebody's address using their IP???

    That's not possible. You need to contact the ISP and they won't give you that information unless they are forced by the justice.

            If you're on Linux scan any open ports with nmap, use the -O to find out what operating system they're using then search for any exploits you can use for that OS
