Viktor Plotnykov was rated No.13 by the WBO when they fought. How the hell do you think a guy makes it to No.2?!

Well call me ****** then, I agree there are better fighters in the division but all I am saying is Horn definitely earned his No.2 ranking with the WBO, which means Manny can make an optional defence against Horn. At 38 What does Manny have to prove anyway? We should be enjoying every fight he has.
