The WBC agreeing to sanction the bout is considered a "WBC Ruling", and I have heard nothing official to indicate the WBC title is not on the line.

who says they're not? Just because someone didnt answer on Facebook or whatever doesnt mean they arent doing the testing. Since the bout is indeed a WBC sanctioned bout, my understanding is that Jacobs will indeed have to do the testing

Team Jacobs blocking people in social networks for just asking if Jacobs was already doing VADA doesn't help to bring transparency, that's all. Why can't they say: "yes, Danny is doing VADA since two weeks ago" or whatever. Why do they block people for just asking?
