Brook has his excuses lined up and ready.

Loses to Khan - he fought me at 147 and I was drained, I will beat him at 154.

Beats Khan - I feel great at the weight, I want the Thurmans, the Pacquiao's the Mayweathers.

Loses to Spence - I wasn't motivated for this fight, (was motivated for Jo Jo Dan, Franke Gavin etc), and was drained att this weight.

Loses to Pacquiao - Pacquiao is a legend, there is nothing wrong to lose to him. I would have done better at 154.

Basically, Brook wants a money fight with Khan and anyone that a win over Khan brings. He will then hang his gloves up from the sport of boxing, because he says he can't make 147, and there are no money fights at 154.

This guy has never fought a high risk fight in his life. A risk fight is where you have everything to lose, high risk and low reward.

Porter - He was a challenger to a Title, so wasn't taking a risk.
Jo Jo Dan - Low Risk, Low Reward
Gavin - Low Risk, Low Reward
Bizier - Low Risk, Low Reward
Golovkin - Low Risk, High Reward.

This guy has the skills, but doesn't have the heart, the hunger and confidence that is needed to be a top level fighter.

Brook has had one of the most frustrating careers of any truly talented fighter.

He had a great start to his career and his speed and reflexes had people calling him the welter Naseem Hamed. It all culminated in the massive night against Matty Hatton, 10k fans, the lot. From then on it should have been plain sailing to a world title and a big money name. In reality, it would take almost 2+ years for the IBF fight to come to fruition, with injuries causing fights to fall through.

Since the Porter win, 2+ years later and...well we have Jo Jo Dan and Gavin to talk about and a risky but ****** move against GGG. Brook's stock isn't quite as low as it could be but it's not where it should have been, considering where he was 4 years ago. It's a shame.

On what planet is a GGG fight not considered high risk...?

In case you missed the fight, Brook suffered a severe injury that could potentially jeopardise his career. I think you need to relearn that term instead of running with your own definition. The term does not strictly apply to champions as well.

thats all well and good but theres no demand over here whatsoever in the uk for a spence fight. Its not even talked about. You americans seem to lose track of that fact. The boxing world doesnt revolve around america and its fighters anymore, about time people got used to that.
