Comments Thread For: Curtis Stevens Sure Hand Injury Fully Healed for Lemieux Fight

Curtis Stevens isn't concerned that his left hand will become an issue in training camp or during the middleweight contender's March 11 fight against David Lemieux. Stevens suffered a contusion to his left hand, directly above his wrist, during his 10-round, unanimous-decision victory over James De La Rosa on November 19 in Las Vegas. The injury didn't require surgery, but Stevens (29-5, 21 KOs) wore a splint and rested the painful bruise for about a month-and-a-half.

Just because you fight and lose to
A high IQ fighter doesn't mean you gain their IQ. They have horrible trainers and low IQ it will not change

I thought both looked average in their last fights. A toss up here

Should be a fun scrap, this one should end by KO but feel if one does not get the other out early then they will slow down mid rounds to a decision. I am picking Lemmy to win in both scenarios

I hope he is not gonna blame his hand when he loses. David has already won a title and agreed to fight GGG, why would he be not ready to fight Curtis?
