IBF has some ****ed up rules for purse bids. Every other organization has 50/50 purse bid splits for eliminators. IBF for some reason has a rules that says you get 75% if you're #1 or #2 and the challenger gets 25% if you're #3 and under.

No way in hell does Beterbiev deserves 3 times as much as Barrera.

This is how Beterbiev gets out of the fight. If GYM wins, they'll say they want the fight in Canada, and if Barrera can't do that, then too bad. To next person on the list. Duva needs to win this, otherwise Barrera is ****ed.

EDIT: GYM now tweeted the Beterbiev's statement about the fight is on after saying it was going to purse bid 20 minutes ago even though Beterbiev's statement was 2 hours ago. What the hell is going on? Is there no communication between them?
