Alvarez would do far better in that position. He sits on his punches and he is an excellent counter puncher. GGG leans forward and is wide open to uppercuts (exploited by average WW Brook), he also uses a high-guard once he gets caught...and someone like Canelo splices body punches into his combinations...VERY WELL...!
