George Foreman? 20 pound disadvantage with slightly stronger punch, a 1 dimensional come forward plodder. Unlikely.

I try to catch up with the 90s era of boxing, I havent finished all careers, but from what Ive seen:

Lewis and Bowe could beat him.
Tyson and Holyfield are competitive, but are undersized.
Michael Moorer wont beat him
The Holmes version that beat Mercer can steal some rounds, but wont beat him
Prime Ray Mercer gets pummeled

And the rest:
Schulz, Witherspoon, Botha, Morrison, Damiani and Donald have no chance
