at first he injured it during sparring before the fight. Arum comes out and says he's been dealing with that injury since 2008. then they said the shoulder was fine and got injured in the fight itself.
so let's go with what Manny says here, that the injury took place in round 4. well that means prior to the fight you had a perfectly healthy fighter begging for a toradol shot to make him numb to pain.

toradol is what NFL players use to play through concussions, makes them robot like, can't feel tackles. go read about it.
but with all that aside the fight itself was a dud certainly not worth $100. I would have no issue with a draw decision.
for example rewatch rounds 3,7 and 12. who can you say conclusively won those three rounds where next to nothing of significance took place. just an example.
