Hey Man,
I actually like both fighters, & wish them both a good performance on fight night. But Angel needs to chill...I really don't like fighters calling each other racial & ethnicity slogans , etc...I just feel we should keep it just boxing. At some point Danny needs to, if he hasn't yet, tell his dad hey you need to tone it down. Because, as someone pointed out already, this is your job. I remember Floyd doing the same with his dad & uncle. So yes Danny if you are listening, YOU NEED TO TELL DAD TONE IT DOWN. This is a fight that really don't need that type of hype. We all came from immigrants...Besides I can see uncle Al giving Angel a call & telling him to chill da' fork out. We have sponsors that will pull out.

so pathetic reading some of the comments on this thread. I don't understand anyone justifying this language in order " to sell a fight" this is a unification matchup between 2 top rated fighters, is this what boxing needs to sell fights??? or to say "everyone is a racist so its OK?" that's just such ******ity? DSG was raised by a degenerate which makes him one as well, the answer he gave to rationalize his lunatic father was lame...as I mentioned before as a white Canadian I hate to hear this word used to disparage African Americans, the ones I have met and befriended were always nice to me whether it was here in Canada or when I was visiting Chicago, FL, NY or D.C. I admit that I do find it very odd that most use it them selves to each other or in music , I guess until that ends no one will be in a hurry to stop using it and thus for AA's to get offended it is somewhat hypocritical...I am just putting in my 2 cents worth but I would think most 'fans' are interested to see this fight regardless of the language used to promote it. I have tweeted to WBC, Barclays Center, and the PBC calling for the banishment of angel, strangely no one has replied, in any case I am proud of the fact that this derogatory term is not common in Canada.Comment

I wonder how Errol Spence would react to Angel if they fight in the future. I thought Thurman wasn't easy to fluster but it did seem like Angel got the reaction he desired. Thurman knows what Angel is trying to do by getting into his head. He knows it and yet it is still effective. One Time said he was going to deliver a KO in this fight. I'm picking him by decision. I think Danny's chin is too sturdy to be stopped as of right now.Comment
