I'd like to see that. Groves looked to be getting back to the fighter he was just before and around the time of the first Froch fight. He was absolutely awful with Fitzpatrick, just looked sluggish and unmotivated. I still think there's a good fighter in there somewhere.

It will be interesting to see how DeGale comes back. I actually did think he sc****d a draw as he nicked 6 rounds due to winning early rounds and some later on, but he took a lot of punishment and it was the kind of fight that takes something out of you. Groves is still pretty heavy handed and looks sharper with his timing and DeGale does get caught, i think it would make for a good fight now.

Another example of why Mayweather can't succeed at anything other than actually boxing in the ring...

Floyd can succeed, frankly he has very little reason not to be able to, because he has network backing. And the best promoters are the networks. Any platform that caters to a promoter or a set of fighters is going to make success incredibly easy for said promoter. K2 played their part, but they didn't make Gennady a great name, HBO and Gennady Golovkin did that.

floyd is so strange... he rants about how the fight was a robbery then goes and try to sign the guy that supposedly got a gift decision over his fighter that he was just complaining about.

I think the groves fight is now somewhere down the line but an interesting fight come summer would be Degale defending against Eubank Jr. a bit of a grudge fight!
I am warming a little to Degale.

At the time of the first Groves fight he was obnoxious as hell, arrogant, disrespectful and just a horrible kunt.

            However...

He has conducted himself well as the IBF Champ and I actually enjoy some of his interviews and fights now.

He has a real grudge against Eubank, and that would be one hell of a fight IMO - on par with Froch / Groves.

Degale is taking way too much punishment. how many more fights does he have left performing like that?

I acutually agree with Degale. After a hard fought fight with Badou Jack, the last thing I wanted to see was Floyd jump in the ring and give his opinion while Jim Gray Interviewed Badou. Then, he goes over and interrupts Degale's interview with SkySports proving what Degale says in this article, "It's all about Mayweather".

May weather would get some hype going, could be a good partnership but he needs to be boxing in the UK
