Eddie, thanks but no thanks for stating the obvious.

Now if you and your charge can kindly vacate and move on to your money fight with a fighter who is not interested in you that will be a good thing for the fight game!!

Oh and by the way, if the fight ever happens, it will be a pick em fight.

Said it before and will say it again, Brook is as overrated as Khan is underrated.

Khan was KO'd by Prescott long before he was a proven top fighter.

Get back to me when Spence is asleep with his back against the ring post.

The fact is, Brook-Spence could sell very well in the UK. It could easily headline a PPV (FFS, Brook v Gavin headlined a PPV!) as long as it had a strong undercard, and it would easily fill out the o2 Arena (20,000). Maybe not a Wembley fight, but could stick it in a 40,000 football ground and sell out no problem. Especially when Sky's media machine goes into top gear and clues up the casuals that Spence is the real deal – a powerful, unbeaten heir apparent to the pound for pound throne blah blah blah. Consumers will lap that up, and fight fans will 100% buy it because they know it's a legit fight between two world-class competitors.

Don't let Hearn fool you into thinking the Khan fight is WAAAAAY bigger than Spence. It's bigger, certainly, but three times as big? I doubt it. The Spence fight could be a mega event as well.

Hearn wants to make Brook v Khan because he knows he'll be able to lay on a ****TY, cheap undercard for it, because Brook v Khan hate each other and casuals lap up the beef. But with Brook-Spence, he'd have to get out his chequebook and make a couple of other top-level fights, maybe one or two good world title fights. So that's gonna cost him more dough.

Seems like it's this way or no other. It's either Spence or move up for Brook. So be it he can look for a bigger money less risk fight than Spence if he so chooses to.
