Comments Thread For: Cuadras Warns: Chocolatito Was Afraid, Rungvisai Might KO Him!

Former world champion Carlos Cuadras accused the Nicaraguan four-time champion Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez of not fulfilling his word of promising him an immediate rematch. Last September at The Forum in Los Angeles, Gonzalez won a twelve round decision over Cuadras to capture the WBC super flyweight title. With the victory, Gonzalez became the first boxer to win four world titles in four weight divisions.

Can't believe roman didn't rematch him right away I had the fight a draw, still needs to happen later this year or I'm gonna drop roman even further on my p4p list.

Yes he was terrified as he threw more punches , landed more punches by a lot. He had a non stop attack controls the ring and momentum . Cuadras gave a really good fight but lost 7-5 being totally fair could say 8-4 but 7-5 fair

Punch stats are very deceptive . Non stop attack ? Controlled the ring and momentum ? True story after the fight : Chocolatito went to the hospital looking like Mr . Potato Head ... Cuadras went to eat steak in Beverly Hills .

Cuadras is only speaking as a fighter here, he can care less about the fact that Rungisai is not a draw in America and that Roman Gonzalez or any network would not entertain a defense in Thailand or Nicaragua therefore putting him on the undercard of this PPV is the right decision. Nobody is afraid of Cuadras dont get it twisted that beat down is coming.

If people argue that Ward loss to Kovalev then they must also feel Gonzalez loss to Cuadras. In my opinion Gonzalez didn't just lose to Cuadras he got his azz whooped! I dont want to hear sh-t about Mayweather-Castillo I from anybody who argues Gonzalez beat Cuadras, GTFOH!~!

How can you compare these two events? there was no knockdown in Gonzalez vs. Cuadras and a UD was the outcome...I mean this is a ****** comment...I guess you must include facial damage as part of your scoring criteria.
