There are Puerto Rican's that are black, but not all Puerto rucans are black. It's like saying all Brazilians are African. False. There are black Brazilians, but again, not all Brazilians are black

Even if you were to hypothetically imagine a Chinese person who came over here with their family 20 years ago or something, the family would still end up Black if their offspring marry and have kids of their own with a Puerto Rican.

The exceptions just don't survive here like they do in the states. It's a small place, and everyone's mixed, so even new families end up with Black in them if they actually live here.

There is no such thing as "partially" Black. You can have a genetic make-up that tilts to one side or another, but the human body is a combination of everything.
