Pacquiao has a tax bill to the PI government of basically $70m from 2008 through 2009 (Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, and Cotto paydays + fees for time) that he's still yet to show any proof of payment nearly a decade after the fact.

It's the modern-day Joe Louis story, without the accepted public dignity (the religious tirade against ****sexuals and the condoned killings of drug abusers, like he was/"was", has basically eliminated any chance for Pacquiao to come back to the US wilth goodwill ambassador spots).

If the day ever comes where you see a Chinese welterweght talent coming along with skills, there's no doubt in my mind that Pacquiao will trek to Macau, and catch that beating for the payday, at whatever age.

You smoke a lot of crack. Pacquiao has been absolved of his tax woes by the new government.

If you have a source for that statement, share it please.

Because, based on what's been put out as information
[http://sports.inquirer.net/223372/ta...s-court-rules], Pacquiao and his whole family are still over the barrell.
