Why would Jacobs be getting tested in December with no fight announced?

Testing is now all year round under WBC rules. Yes, I know he is not in the WBC.......

But the fight was announced like one month ago and still he wasn't tested.

that just comes with time. hopkins was world middleweight champion for six years before facing trinidad.

middleweight is a glamour division and GGG has the three biggest belts. canelo can't make 154 forever. he'll have no choice but to face GGG.

In other words, like I said, it is too early to put GGG in the Hagler and Hopkins conversation.
