Agree 100%. Miller needs to win some big fights first. Everybody wants to go straight to a title shot without earning it. Promoters don't control the mandatory shots, the organizations do, so no promoter can just make Miller a #1 mandatory just b/c Big Baby wants it that way. Hell, if it were that easy everyone would do it...lol.

Ortiz has no business fighting guys like Miller. King Kong is serious contender, he beat Thompson, Scott and Jennings and he is already #4 by The Ring and #3 by boxrec. Ortiz is a world title contender, he has to fight Wilder, parker or Wlad -AJ winner. Miller is unknown fighter, he has to prove himself.

No need wasting time any more, Ortiz has beaten many Miller level guys.
