20%?? Thats like 7 mill for each 1mill ppvs sold, the fight needs to reach like 2mill ppvs for chavez to make 15 million, i doubt it happens... chavez will be lucky to walk away with 10 mill if anything...

And it's the opposite, you just can't help being wrong every time eh. Chavez and Canelo cannibalize each other sales, there's huge overlap. It's the opposite with GGG, which has way more crossover appeal than this made for Mexico circus
Deal?

Tale the easy money right? No brainer?
On top of that, there's a reason even you are using the word 'lowball'. Definition per google:
offer a deceptively or unrealistically low estimate, bid, etc. to.

ggg and jacobs are splitting 5 mill between both of them...and before people start talking ish if he can fight jr at 165 he can fight ggg at 160...the fight is there for ggg at 160 he refuses to sign the contractOriginally posted by -Kev- View Post$15 million flat fee will probably end up being more than 20% of a PPV between Canelo/GGG. A very optimistic number for Canelo vs GGG is 600k at $65 = 39 million dollars. $15 million you could say it's actually too much and you could question, what the hell is GBP thinking offering that high a flat fee. Usually Pac/May B sides get $3-6 million. Canelo is on that level of Pac selling wise. He could offer GGG $5-6 million and that would be fair.
Chavez Jr is probably not seeing $15 mill from the Canelo fight, not from the PPV purse. It will have to be from endorsements, gate and everything combined that he may reach $15 mill, i'm calling it now.Originally posted by R-C View PostAre you seriously comparing Chavez following to GGG's?Originally posted by -PBP- View PostChavez brings more to the table. That's why GGG was even willing to move up for him.

Canelo and his fans know beating Chavez does absolutely nothing for his resume, it's simply a money fight and that's what boxers fight for.
