Adonis Stevenson got KOed and came back and hasn't lost since, same with Badou Jack its a good fight and its how boxing is supposed to be I don't understand why so many people are complaining if this match up were to get made.

Jack proved on Saturday that he is a world class fighter and he has the potential to hang with anybody on any given night. He got overconfident and got KOed by a lower tier fighter, but this is boxing and all it takes is one punch what matters is how the fighter responds and comes back after something like that which Jack not only bounced back but became a world champion. I'm not saying he is gonna beat Adonis but people forget Stevenson used to be a 168lber also so its not like hes fighting some giant they are both stocky builds and it should make for an entertaining fight. I think Stevenson edges it based on his power but he is almost 40 and Jack could catch him at the right time and make a name for himself 175 also. Either way its good for boxing that current champions want to test themselves against other champions in and around their weight class the way boxing used to be.

Badou was getting tagged by Degale's left hand leads. He better make sure he tightens that up. If he does I could see him coming out with a decision victory.

I got Jack by 12th round stoppage, Supes will drop him twice in the 2nd and will be close to finishing him but Jack will survive!

Then Stevenson opens and starts to punish but eventually Jack's defense tightens up more and he circles away from the left and picks up on all of Stevenson's tendencies on all of his set ups for his left!

By the 7th is when fight changes, Stevenson starts to show signs of fatigue and Badou's sneaky bodyshots that he landed early is taking it's toll!

Jack continues going to the body and watching for the left and right uppercut and starts to pummel Stevenson downstairs!

By the 9th round Badou hurts him badly to the body and Superman low blows him to buy some time but Jack shrugs it off and continues to go downstairs but still careful of the left hand and uppercut!

10th round Stevenson hurts Jack again and tries once again to finish Jack who somehow clinches enough to hold while getting punished!

11th round Stevenson is very tired and Jack pounces on him, knowing he needs a KO to win and unloads downstairs and finally starts countering up top!

Stevenson jabs and moves, buying time but Jack is relentlessly coming forward, countering Supes much more!

With 30 secs to go Stevenson is hurt by a counter right hand from Jack and nearly goes down but clinches, Jack uses his free hands to tag the body and Adonis tries to wrestle Jack to the ground!

12th round starts and Jack jumps in but almost gets clipped by a uppercut but knows better to avoid even if by mere inches!

Jack is coming full steam and is unloading the kitchen sink on Adonis who looks completely gassed and Stevenson shakes his head as if hes not hurt!

Jack presses forward and unleashes a combo to the body that downs Supes with 1:30 to go!

Jack now attacks upstairs and drops Supes again HARD!

Stevenson is counted out by the ref due to not being fully able to respond to his instructions!!

Jack don't wanna marinate. straight to the sharks. Andre Ward had to face Smith, Barrera and Brand before jumping in deep waters against Kovalev.

Jack was a more active fighter than Ward. Ward had a 2 years hiatus in boxing.

I though Jack won the fight with Degale 114-112. I know you could find 6 rounds to give to Degale but he got badly hurt in a couple rounds and dropped in the 12th. He got his tooth knocked out in another round. Should have gotten a point taken for the repeated spitting of the mouth piece but that's ok that the ref didn't want that to be the deciding factor. Still, Jack dished out way more bodily harm and in some of those close Degale rounds Jack was still ripping the harder shots. I was kinda pissed off with the one judge that had it 114-112 Degale though. On to the Stevenson fight. I think Jack is a legit opponent for Adonis. Much more challenging than Stevenson's recent opponents. Jack is the fresher fighter but who knows how he will handle Stevenson's punch because Degale did find success early with the left hand. Obviously Stevenson-Beterbiev is the fight that should be made but for whatever reason it hasn't come off yet. If we can't get that fight then Stevenson-Jack is the next best thing in the immediate future with Ward-Kovalev rematching on the other side of boxing's political fence.

Dude he made a Degale fight pretty damn entertaining! That fight was loaded with action! It was anything but boring! You had Jack down, Mercanti down and Degale down and almost out!

This can definitely happen if Jack can survive the early onslaught. He made adjustments against a very highly skilled mover like Degale. He has become a real top fighter and age could catch up with Adonis in this fight. Would make for an entertaining scrap no matter what!
