Khan basically want Brook to take another risk fight, and to be honest I don't blame Khan. Khan has gone through damages by take risky fights, Brook hasn't IMO and it's not due to his superior boxing skills. Am thinking Khan want him to beat spence which would not be easy for Brook thus inflicting a bit of more damage on Brook too in the same process.

I suspect there's some secret conversations going on between Hearn and Haymon. They both have one thing in common, that is the preservation of their prized fighters, Brook and Spence, respectively. Fight is dangerous for both fighters, so they don't need it. (Spence probably knew what's going on.) Hearn will find a way to skip Spence and get Khan eventually through Haymon. Khan would listen to Haymon.
