How much blame should Dwyer get for hyping up James Degale?

After claiming Anthony Mundane was the only fighter that could beat Mayweather, why in the world are people still paying attention to what he says?

Dwyer's biggest problem is that he does not seem to take into consideration a fighters previous 2 or 3 fights or them having a glaring weakness when making his prediction. A fighter can seriously hit the skids and he will ignore it. If a fighter has a bad chin, he will ignore it even if that fighter is going to be facing a big puncher.

Dryer does his own thing. I enjoy his channel even if I don't agree with a lot of what he says. Sometimes he is spot on, like with Tyson Fury. He just has a different eye than most other fans.
