I saw this one a mile away. "Sniper" didn't have the firepower to hold Davis off of him. I don't think he's in Lomachenko or even Nicholas Walters' class at this point, but he's still a good little fighter who's got room to grow at 130, but he should stay the hell away from Loma at this point. Let him move up to lightweight and then make you move to unify

Lol, I saw that on Bovada. I took Gervontae on a 7 pick parlay mixed with NFL and I'm looking good so far.

One fighter that Farmer is thinking about is contender Gervontae Davis. Davis has been rumored to be facing Farmer's stablemate Jason Sosa for the WBA title.

"I would love that fight but honestly he would be a step backwards for me at this point. He's in a good position with Floyd Mayweather and he should appreciate it. They are quietly slowing him down because they know he's not ready. We have had our share of back and forth on social media but the ball is in his court. Sometimes the fans get fooled. A fight between us is simple to make all he has to do is tell Floyd he wants it. Floyd is the most powerful man in the sport. He could get the fight done easy. Davis came to Philly and asked to spar me. That showed me all I needed to know about Gervontae Davis. Why would we spar for free when we can get paid to fight? He doesn't want to fight me and it's time to move on."

Philadelphia--Hot junior lightweight Tevin Farmer is ready for the biggest fights between the featherweight and lightweight divisions. Farmer of Philadelphia has won 15 fights in a row and is now ranked number-five by the WBC at 130-pounds.

Damn what a bunch of pathetic morons. There's a reason this guy went from the underdog to the favorite. He had more talent than the guy in front of him. There's no other explanation. He wasn't good enough. And I knew it, and everyone betting heavy on Davis knew it.

And why all the comparisons to Loma? Wtf. The kid is 22 and just made a tremendous step up in class. No Pedraza isn't the best fighter. But he's probably the best he fought and he was a champion. Let the kid get some fights under his belt before comparing him to someone in everyone's p4p rankings damn.

Pedraza is relatively tall for the division. Tank is about the norm but Walters would be tall for him. I'd like jason Sosa or matter of fact anyone other than Loma for him next.
