I saw this one a mile away. "Sniper" didn't have the firepower to hold Davis off of him. I don't think he's in Lomachenko or even Nicholas Walters' class at this point, but he's still a good little fighter who's got room to grow at 130, but he should stay the hell away from Loma at this point. One fighter that Farmer is thinking about is contender Gervontae Davis. Davis has been rumored to be facing Farmer's stablemate Jason Sosa for the WBA title.

"I would love that fight but honestly he would be a step backwards for me at this point. He's in a good position with Floyd Mayweather and he should appreciate it. They are quietly slowing him down because they know he's not ready. We have had our share of back and forth on social media but the ball is in his court. Sometimes the fans get fooled. And why all the comparisons to Loma? Wtf. The kid is 22 and just made a tremendous step up in class. No Pedraza isn't the best fighter. But he's probably the best he fought and he was a champion.
