White is making an offer as if he believes he will control the event. Dana White ain't promoting any boxing event that involves Floyd. Floyd and TMT Promotions would be the promoter and it's Floyd that will make the offer to Conor with PPV upside. Dana White's only say is to allow Conor to fight and take a percentage of Conor's purse.
