Canelo just taking away another one of Golovkins options. Sign the contract Gennady.

          You defend that?

Just stop! Sometimes I think you actually believe this nonsense you say.

Golivkin star power means much more to a Canelo fight than a weight drained Chevez.

Canelo will be fighting a unified MW champ, p4p top three, and a guy will worldwide following.
Lolol you're so full of shit

Also... I hope Chavez Jr. puts Canela on his ass.

But he can't fight GGG at 160. Absolute joke. More catch weight madness proves that canelo is the new Floyd.

He already agreed to fight at 160, Golovkin turned down $15 million. DERP DERP.

Chavez is probably a bigger name (in terms of recognizability) but is probably no longer a bigger draw (how many people will pay for the fight because of Chavez's name) after having a few years of sad performances and missed weights etc

Yea shame chavez has been stoned out of his f'cking mind the last few years this is his last chance of getting big fights hopefully he trains his ass off to make it at least competitive

The whole offer he has been given seems like bs tho

Yup GGG looks pretty ****** right about now. Sure Chavez cried and tried to beg for more money but at the end of the day took the contract because Canelo offering 3X his biggest payday in recent years and more money he can get fight anyone else. Also agreed to sacrafice weight to get the fight now rather then wait. If only GGG did the same he would have the fight too. This is how a B side behaves when they want the fight.

Canelo has already given GGG a contract more then double what Chavez was given to fight him at 160. GGG looks foolish demanding more money trying to price himself out the fight. But OK GGG and Jacobs combined will split the same amount of money that Chavez himself is guaranteed to make in 1 fight against canelo. GGG already has a contract worth more and he is the one who won't sign, I guess can't find a pen.

Canelo is the cash cow and just took GGGs "dream fight" away. Just like he took Cotto away after GGG waited over a year for him. And just like he will likely take Saunders away next if GGG still don't want to fight. In short GGG needs Canelo not the other way around. It's GGG that needs to accept canelos terms if he wants to fight.
