If you consider who Floyd picks to fight, whether you rate them or not, there's always a marketing angle or they're coming off a good win. Ortiz had beaten an undefeated Berto and picked up the WBC. Maidana had taken Broners 0 and belt. Things like that. Floyd makes sure there's a little selling point in there, but by Khan ducking everybody, it removed that element.

Anyway, Khan doesn't want any part of Brook because it will destroy what little stardom he has left in the UK. As long as he doesn't fight him, the question will remain unanswered and that's good enough for Khan. Let's not forget Khan's own dad said he could have made more money to fight Brook but took the Canelo fight to "fight the best" - Nah, he took it because he knows once Brook beats him in a huge event with the nation watching, he's done in the eyes of the British public.

Brook may have also taken the GGG fight because it was a "no lose" situation, but Brook couldn't land any big fights at WW at the time so it's understandable. Khan has a big fight available here and is ducking it.
Could of swore he was in line to fight Vargas and unify titles but decided to go for the pay day. Right now Brook could have been a unified champion at 147 and in line to unify all the titles against the Thurman/Garcia winner but for some reason he thinks he's entitled to big pay day fights for beating one legit fighter in Porter and getting smashed by GGG. That's Brooks claim to fame in his career.

I'll fight Brook after he fights Porter, I'll fight Brook after he fights Spence ......it's better there's 'a title' on the line....what a lowlife liar Khan really is.There was a title on the line when Brook wanted to defend against glass jaw but glass jaw chose to run off and struggle against 'nobody Algieri' for a fraction of the money he would have earned against Kell.
They have both had losses since then with glass jaw being brutally knocked unconscious in his last fight.Does Khan think the more losses the bigger the fight .......what ***in clown, the worst ever , no wonder this idiot struggled at school , he struggles still!

That's what I'm saying because if he was to beat Spence I guarantee there will be another excuse.

Top Rank were holding things up on their side of the contract and the reason was Arum wanted Vargas for Pacquiao. Arum prefers in house fights because he makes a cut of everything. Vargas might have earned more v Brook in the UK, but Arum's cut would be significantly less and it would be a Matchroom or co-promoted event.

Even the trainer of Vargas is on record stating he couldn't understand why Top Rank were holding up the contract negotiations when Vargas was getting paid so much, then it turned out it's because Arum wanted that in-house event. Matchroom, Brook and Vargas had all agreed their terms but Top Rank hadn't. So it was neither of the fighters fault, just Top Rank making more business for themselves, which is also understandable.

Lol. Khan has fully shafted Brook. Leads him on with talks for a fight at 147, then removes himself from the equation, leaving him no choice but to deal with the Spence problem.

actually I read on BS that it was Brook who wasn't happy that Hearn was guaranteeing Vargas more money than he was gonna get. So he was the one holding up the fight until he ended up signing to fight GGG for more money

Shall I tell you what's more comical? That you think Khan is an Arab.

                    Exactly.

Khan just b1tches from the sidelines in between naps.

He is just a media whore these days.

Damn, I'm never seen a fighter that talked so much that has been KO'd in all his big fights. Bad look for him with all this mouthing.

He's obviously scared to challenge another Brit and get KO'd by him, nailing the coffin shut on him and his career. He's got to be praying Spence can get rid of Brook so that he can say, that is what he would of done to Brook had he faced him. The usual, talk and no perform routine. BUT YEAH, We'll Believe you on That!
