Yea I could agree with that. Bob always makes himself out to be the victim, like in the De La Hoya split, but then you saw Oscar trying to make fights and Bob blocking them. I'd read--and I don't know if it's true, that Manny had gotten himself into some financial troubles, so he was just saying yes to whatever BS fights they put out there for big money.

UFC fighters don't get chunks or even a slight % of ppv or live gate all they get is a flat fee for the fight and a bonus if they win, Connor hasn't had more then a 3 mil payday it's facts.

My friend's little brother, Ryan Garcia, just signed with Golden Boy, but before that, I saw a picture of him meeting with Bob Arum and I was like, God no! Ha. He ended up with Oscar, whom I think genuinely cares about his fighters (a little too much with Canelo, but whatever).

Don was just way more cutthroat. I believe it was Larry Holmes that wrote in his book, "I told Don King I was leaving him and Don said, 'Larry, if you do that, I'll break your legs.' And I knew he would. But I made way more money getting ripped off by Don King than I would've made for fighting under someone else." lol. Just wow.

The entire pot from the Pac/Floyd fight was only half a billion.

Cable companies and the distributors take like what? 20-30% right off the top?

That leaves Floyd with a 60% cut of whatever is left.

Floyd then has to pay his boss Al Haymon (standard managerial fees are anywhere from 20-30%)

After taxes, and all, Floyd probably made a little under 200 million (including the Berto fight).

Of course but when talking earnings you have to talk about gross not net. His net was probably half or less of his gross. So yea the most he took home is probably 150 mill but he made 300. Either way thats a sh ton of money.

Actually what fighters are complaining about how much arum pays them? Top fivhters and olympians continue to sign with bob arum, he pays more than anyone especially now since pbc is a failure and haymon has to cut way back on purses
