i disagree 100% with mayweather's take on Andre Ward. if anything kovalev needs to figure out how he got walked down by a lite punching little fighter after he had knocked him down.

Mayweather has his opinion and all but if judging the fight by Knockdown come it's just a extra point ,Kovalev can feel the way he feels it was a close fight but to act like it was one sided no way in hell it was debatable at best i would have been fine with a draw too ,but if it was a winner by 1 point i'm going with Andre Ward no doubt and as far as changing trainers what in the world is Mayweather Talking about or what pipe is he smoking lol Virgil Hunter doesn't have a loss on Ward's Professional Record and in a lot of Ward's fight he fought injured not even at 100% and still won ,now we will wait in the rematch and see what will happen but i do know this Hunter kept Ward alive in that fight .

Why does race keep coming up on this site? Mayweather is telling the truth! I thought Kov won the fight 7-5 (at a minimum), and I'm African-American, and I'm a Ward fan! Before the fight, writers were saying that the winner of Kovalev vs. Ward was the #1 P4P fighter in the world! I totally disagree! Neither Ward nor Kovalev showed me anything that would make me say that they are better than Gonzalez, Golovkin, Canelo, Lomachenko, or Crawford!
