No, I think it's close to 50/50. I was pretty skeptical of the Spence hype and still think people are taking it too far. But, he's earned my respect at least and I think his hunger and confidence are going to help make up for the fact that he is a bit green and somewhat careless in the ring.

But, even if I don't feel this fight favors Spence, it's still clear that Brook is ducking him. Khan (of all people) was right. Brook is about that money now, nothing else.

He is still beating outstanding fighters and champions like Vargas and Bradley while Jones can't beat good fighters anymore. I agree he should get out before he drops to the level Jones is at now. I think he will beat Brook if they fight. It will probably take a loss to make Pacquiao retire.

Man, at his point, Pac should be looking to walk into the sunset. The hell they still trying to get these huge matchups with highly dangerous opponents for him? I remember thinking back when he beat Morales the 3rd time that he had peaked his career and it was the best we were gonna see him. Little could I have imagined he'd have a whole new career at the higher weights beating solid competition and defying odds left and right.

At this point though, with the Marquez KO, the Fraud loss, whatever he is doing is just for the $$$. I understand that but he has to get to a point of conclusion in his career before he goes down the RJJ road of just taking fights against anyone to pay bills and getting KO'd. Sad way to see legends go out.
