This list is ****** and makes no sense. Are they measuring money made in 2016, or biggest moneymakers going forward?

If they're measuring money made in 16, then Pac is a clear #2 since he made 20m+ for Bradley.

If they're measuring moneymakers going forward, putting Ward at #2 is ROFL worthy.

Either way, it's a bad list.

But Pacquiao, who lost a unanimous decision to Mayweather in the richest fight in history and has not fought since because of postfight surgery on his torn right rotator cuff, is still going to do very well financially.

Top Rank has guaranteed Pacquiao $20 million for the fight, although his official purse -- and, therefore, his fight-night check -- will be for $7 million, according to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Pacquiao will collect the remaining $13 million within a couple of weeks of the fight, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN.com on Wednesday.

Bradley's purse for Saturday's fight is $4 million.

Now Bob wouldn't play dirty pool with Pacquiao would he? Then again, why did Koncz have to come out and say "$20 million guarantee for Crawford, or no fight!" if that was the usual practice?

I don't really find that hard to believe when you have Roc Nation throwing away and losing money on Ward fights by paying him $5M.

But the shocker to me is Anthony Joshua. I thought he was making like $10M per fight.

Exactly. This list says he retired after Bradley and isn't even counting any Money from that fight. They also have wlad on the list and he didn't fight in 2016.

This list doesn't account for any ppv upside either and is inaccurate and pointless

According to the veteran promoter Pacquiao is no longer guaranteed $20 million like he has been in the past. "Manny understands that the time when we guaranteed him $20 million for a fight - because it was always there - is no longer the case. So we're talking about a guarantee of far, far less."

EDIT: I think this started after the Bradley fight, unless what Arum said in the other interview posted above was a lie.
