Comments Thread For: McCullough: I Can Train McGregor, Get Him Ready For Mayweather

Former WBC bantamweight champion Wayne McCullough believes that he can turn UFC superstar Conor McGregor into a "pure boxer." Last year, the MMA champion secured a license to box with the California State Athletic Commission. McCullough retired from the sport in 2008 with a 27-7 record. He held the WBC title from July 1995 to January 1997.

        "his countryman blew him off."
        "wouldn't even respond to me."

..this guy is just asking Conor for a job. any job. help the guy out.

Mcgregor wouldn't beat Ricardo Mayorga in a boxing ring, forget about Floyd. .but this talk is helping keep both Conor and Floyd in the spotlight.

No trainer, past or present would increase his chances of beating Floyd.
