And he can put this fight on free-to-air (Non-ppv) tv...hoping Australians and Filipinos pack a 50,000 seat stadium.

Arum is trying to make money and doesn't want to pay Pacquiao 20 million because Pac-Crawford wouldln't be profitable. Crawford-Postol did 50k buys. And pac-crawford wouldn't pull enough to cover purses and Bob's desire to make money.

Arum isn't willing to make the matchup because it's a 50/50 fight. If he's gonna lose money on the fight, he'd like to guarantee his future cash cow wins. But there's no certainty of that.

So Arum is content making and milking more money off the Pacquiao express train. There is hope. Maybe he'll make the fight later this year...It's the last fight he has for Pacquiao under contract.

However, Bob's concern is to make money...so I am doubtful.
