he wasn't charged because there was no proof that he used it in the cotto fight and he was caught before he could use it vs mosley. He also threw his trainer under the bus by saying he had no knowledge that his trainer put the illegal substance in the wraps.
Only an idiot would think he didn't use it in the past though, that's why he's been a C level fighter ever since getting caught. He's had no good wins since that day and has had his ass whooped badly 3 times.Comment
