This statement is so perfectSeveral years before he turned pro, Horn remembers sitting in front of the television and being blown away by Pacquiao's 2008 wipeout of heavily favored Oscar De La Hoya.
“Pacquiao’s a fighter I’ve always looked up to. He was one of the reasons I got into boxing. I always loved the way he moved and the way he fought. He absolutely destroyed De La Hoya when I saw him the first time. I thought ‘wow’. I didn’t really follow boxing then but I was amazed by him. It’s incredible that I could soon be fighting him here in this huge stadium," Horn said.

Never mind the fact that this is a mismatch. But what really bugs me about these young guys who go against Manny is that they all seem to think that him aging gives them a shot. But in reality, Manny at 38 (or even two years from now at 40) has:
Quicker hands
Quicker feet
Better punch resistance
Better conditioning
Better reflexes
More punching power
So where exactly are these "advantages" from youth? Well, he'll find out by round 3 when he's on his butt from a flash KD come April, that they're nonexistent lolComment

Pacquiao does well against taller guys.
Only has problem with counter punchers so...yeah, Jeff. It's Jeff, right?Comment
