Id pick SRL but I think Hearns is even a steeper challenge than SRL for floyd.

Anyways SRL sure as hell isnt stopping floyd, thats ridiculous.

Floyd is the superior fighter but SRL is naturally larger, his speed is great and on top of that he negates floyds usual reach advantage. Hearns is a tougher fight for floyd with his jab, reach and speed. Look at the rounds Floyd lost to Zab, cotto and DLH, all from the jab.

I disagree with p4p better. What does he do better than mayweather, power, combinations? Thats about it. Floyd has better defense, better timing, better countering, his career lasted longer, he moved up more weight classes, ect ect.

Offensively Ray Leonard is streets and streets ahead of Mayweather imo. He also has proven grit and ring iq at a elite level that Floyd never had due to his competition level. His adaptability is up there with the best of all time and he proved that by beating different ATG's using different styles and methods.

Skill for skill Mayweather may be better, but i think in the ring, p4p, Leonard is the better fighter.

But srl had already beat some amazing fighters and by the time of cw against lalonde.
Srl had to put coins in his pockets to make the weight. Lalo nfe was rfidicuklously bigger.

Floyd wanted cw against ,short, tyranosauras armed, green nelo??!! So Floyd needed cw to beat nelo, srl would stop fully hydrated nelo.
