Welterweight is stacked. The best 140 pounder on the planet has the same promoter and would be in-house.

But Pacquiao is fighting Jeff ****ing Horn instead. Unbelievable.

No longer an excuse for Pac to avoid CRAWFORD, THURMAN, GARCIA, KHAN, BROOK,PORTER or BERTO. Haymon and Arum have been sitting down discussing making fights!!!

First off.... Thurman-Garcia are fighting each other. Secondly, Bob doesn't seem to want to do anything with Khan. 3rd... Porter and Berto are good fighters but not that revelant, especially Berto who has lost most of his big fights.

More to the point...20 million is what Pac generally gets paid for his guarantees..It's likely written in his contract. Bob doesn't want to pay it. It seems they are open to negotiate it depending on the fight. They agreed to take lesser pay for the Vargas fight.

They are more relevant than Jeff Horn, surely?

Yes they are. But they wouldn't be able to fill an arena of 50,000 people in Brisbane, Australia.

Let's get it right.. Pac-Berto would do less than 200k ..since Berto just lost to Floyd.

Pac-Porter would probably do Pac Vargas numbers..300k. ...Arum would have to do a co-promotion with Haymon and PBC...thus it's a losing fight business/$ wise. Arum wouldn't be able to pay Pac.
