His size is very deceiving. He's not that big. People confusing height with size. Let's say they are 20lbs apart, for them that's not a lot like it would be for pro boxers who are mostly muscle, low fat. Both of these guys are skinny but not in a good way, not muscular, they're not in great shape (stamina wise). You ever boxed a non pro/amatuer just for ****s and giggles? I remember I was 140 as a teen boxing in a local basement who were 180-190lbs and it really was nothing, I broke their noses, busted their lip and they did nothing to my small ass. But neither of us were boxers, we were just fighting with gloves on basically lol. These guys aren't boxers, it doesn't matter who trains them, it takes a much bigger size advantage to make a difference for them.
For example I boxed a guy who was 220 while I was 140 and that was really when I felt the effects of punches and didn't box someone like that again after that, with that size advantage, I was way in over my head in that one I got lucky I didn't get KO'ed just stopped while still standing up (I quit
). Guy was 6'2" 220, basically a HW and he could fight too, had good stance, posture, threw straight punches, he was no street fighter. Then I found out his older brother was a cop who boxed as a hobby, so I was like no wonder.
Point being, size won't matter, stamina and who gets in better shape and who comes out more aggressive will matter more than weight in this particular case. These are two average joes.Comment
