Yeah cause Pac is the size of Kell Brook and he gets a huge advantage fighting guys like Bradley, Algieri, etc... Oh wait, he's actually smaller than all of them anyway so there goes that theory.

The fans show up for Manny i.e Manny is the reason the fight will make money. I'd say give Crawford 3 million make it his biggest payday ever and he should be thankful.
Problem is, Manny isn't drawing anymore. His last two shows have been flops. Hell, HBO refused to carry his last fight. Manny has basically gone back to being the type if draw he was back in the Barrera, Morales, JMM (1 & 2) days. He's still a good draw. But the days of him being a crossover star doing a million PPV buys are over. The days of him doing 500K buys against the likes of Vargas are over. He's gonna have to fight legit competition to sell. Right now, Crawford is the biggest fight out there for him. Unless he wants to move up and give away 25lbs on fight night against Canelo. Or go to England and give 20lbs+ to Kell Brook on fight night. At this point, he needs Crawford as much as Crawford needs him.

So why has he gone from setting a PPV record with Floyd that will never again be approached. And able to do in the neighborhood of a million PPV buys every fight out. To struggling to do 300K buys? That's a very dramatic decline.

The illustrious career is for all intents and purposes over.
              Nothing left to prove.
Hall of Fame induction all but guaranteed.

He has a regular job as a politician now.
Boxing is ...well a nice diversion.

Any fight from this point on is... well just "cherry" on the cake.
He can "cherry" pick and choose who he wants to fight and you and I will watch.

He has earned the right in a way VERY few fighters have.

Personally, i wish he would retire. But its his prerogative if he decides to fight on.

I am glad to have been able to see PACMAN in my lifetime !!!

Manny doesn't care about buys he never has that's floyds thing. Also Arum cares about buys whereas manny cares about his country and his job as a senator.

If those are Manny's priorities, he needs to retire. Because the way it looks right now. He appears to be trying to moonlight as a prizefighter and bull**** the public into buying pathetic mismatches with no intention of fighting legitimate competition. Which is fine. But if that's what he wants to do, he needs to do it at the level of the sport Roy Jones is currently competing at.

This sounds like another one of Bob's tall tells. Like how HBO didn't want Khan to fight on their network

Pac can demand $20 million imo. He's put in his work.
