Regardless of who you have winning, any sane fan has to at least credit Ward's heart and effort to turn the fight around like he did. This was the first real adversity he faced since reaching this level and probably in his entire career. Ward did not cower before the task, he didn't run and decide he was content just to survive. He didn't just fold and go away. He kept battling, found something that worked, and made a good run late in the fight. Enough to take a one-sided first half and have an argument for winning.

The man deserves credit for that effort, even if you think he lost. He should be proud of himself.

Seriously. People act like he got clearly dominated for 12 rounds and its just not the case. He got knocked down, got up, made adjustments and won. Most boxing fans are too ****** to see it though

It takes a lot of fortitude to get back up from a knock down and still make a fight of it. Let alone to win. Especially against an elite opponent.

Andre Ward definitely showed championship heart and character that night.

                  He should be proud.
He was dropped. He fought back.
He lost. But he fought well. No shame.

Too bad 70% of people disagree.

Ward's proudest moment is a gift win.... says a lot about his character.
