I would have to say Drago.

Vitali is a real person and is subject to all the variables that go with reality.

Drago cannot be knocked out. Rocky didn't even knock him out. See.......Rocky is a fictional character and so is Drago, so the KO you saw in the movie wasn't real. You See....... It's the lack of reality that Ivan has that makes him impervious to a KO.

I wouldnt be able to say who has a better chin as i have not seen drago fight. However i do feel vitali does not have the strongest chin in the world. When sanders hit him he looked like he was on his way out, but was saved due to the terrible condition sanders fought in. If sanders had prepared properly and been fighting fit I feel he would have knocked vitali out.
