    The testing saga continues for heavyweight contender Alexander Povetkin. On Tuesday, the World Boxing Council announced that Povetkin's B-sample, in connection to his VADA drug test on December 6th, would be opened on Thursday, January 5th.

    This is sketchy as ****. I didn't trust anything going on beforehand, and I sure as hell don't trust it now.

    If it comes back clean (when they eventually announce the result..), I'm calling bull****.

                    Honestly, it might be as simple as more time for fans to forget and for tempers to cool. Drag the story on until fans just want it over regardless of fault. Look how the NFL stretched out Deflategate, by the end, the only things people cared about was that the drama ended.
