Cotto won't fight 3 times this year. Kirkland is going to retire him soon enough. Cotto is going to be the smaller man. When the going gets tough he folds. He did it against Margo and he did it against Pacman. He hasn't had to do it since. He will find out when he is on the canvas with that ****** shocked look on his face. Kirkland is bigger than him and will not quit. Canelo knocked him out because Canelo wasn't at a size disadvantage and his punches could hurt Kirkland. Cotto won't be able to do the same thing. He's going to get knocked out.

Cotto is only fighting guys he is sure he can beat. He picked Kirkland after trying to get Marquez or Bradley. Although it's a big money fight I doubt he will ever rematch Canelo because he isn't confident he can beat him.

Too be fair I don't think Cotto wins? He goes toe-to-toe with Kirkland like Canelo did he's out! Canelo took some SERIOUS HITS before he KO'd Kirkland... And Ann will only make him much better. Cotto wins by UD or he doesn't win. Cotto won't KO Kirkland. Too big! SHT he weighed like 174 against CanYellow. The 153lb weights hurts but again Wolfe should help that???

Boxing is still a business, some fighters (like Cotto) have earning the right to go out making some money fighting cupcakes. Nothing new. Having said that... I won't be paying $59.99 for a PPV.

(and he is gonna beat Kirkland)

That is freakin' solid as hell!
Clottey fight was a toss up.. Mayorga is not a win to brag about. Margarito was ruined by Manny Pacquiao, prior to the stoppage he was wearing Cotto out. Martinez was a cripple and Daniel Geale resembled a Walking Dead zombie at the weigh-in.

The Clottey fight could've gone either way. Still a good win. Whatever happened to Clottey.

I thought about not putting in Mayorga, but the man still has a good name, but I agree with you. Margarito was not ruined and might have cheated in the first fight since the rematch was so different. Martinez was over the hill, but I believe he was just overrated generally, and it's definitely a good win, even with his knee - but ofcourse the knee takes some of it away. I agree with your assesement of Geale, but I still wanted to put in there. But still the resume stands strong. Cotto lost his 3 biggests fights, but never the less he was a milestone in both MP and FM's careers.
